Business Controller (m/f/d)

We are seeking for an experienced Global Business Controller who will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence within our organization. Your analytical skills, strategic mindset and collaborative approach will contribute to our success in the dynamic automotive software industry, which will change the world of tomorrow.

• In the role as financial business partner for the business unit, the role evaluates and steers new projects, products and market expansions based on individual business cases reflecting the P&L and Cash Flow impacts through the project lifetime as part of a multicultural and cross functional team
• Prepare regular analysis on the performance of the business unit and be the central point for the creation of the forecast as well as during the budgeting phase, including a regular comprehensive reporting for the management
• Provide financial models and projections to guide strategic decision-making (e.g. make-or-buy evaluations). Knowledge in regard to plant controlling would be an advantage.
• Advise on pricing strategies, considering market dynamics and cost structures (e.g. quote-to-order process)
• Collaborate closely with HR Controlling and business leaders to allocate staffing and cost rates effectively
• Foster collaborative relationships with business unit/department/function leaders and team members to understand and support their objectives and challenges
• Provide financial training and guidance to non-financial stakeholders to enhance their financial acumen
