Business Controller

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GROUP BUSINESS CONTROLLER

In this role, you will be developing and leading business controlling in close collaboration of the business units and your own finance colleagues. This role plays a critical role in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial insights, and driving value creation across the organization. You’ll be working as a part of our finance team and reporting to our Financial Director.

The successful candidate will be a proactive business partner who has the courage and ability to influence stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions to optimize performance and efficiency. In this role, you will have at least the following responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Deliver high-quality management reports at the right time and right the first time
• Provide financial expertise and proactive analytical insights to help the business make the right data driven decisions
• Support the creation and follow-up of business cases to support technology investment opportunities
• Participate and support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements for specific business initiatives that may arise from time to time
• Collaborating with key stakeholders at many levels.
