SUMMARY:

Act as right hand to the Division President to ensure financial and other objectives are achieved. Point of contact between the Division and the finance function. The Candidate will directly report to the Head of Business Control. The Candidate need to:

  • Support both strategic and operational business analysis to facilitate business growth
  • Manage and execute Controlling activities within the Division worldwide
  • Support, guide and challenge the business functions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong experience in Finance, controlling and management reporting
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid Controlling background developed within multinational companies
  • Strongly business oriented
  • BI tools and highly proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Ability to understand details and the big picture
  • Structured and analytical
  • High understanding of manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience in business controlling, business support, working with management teams &v sales teams rather than just internal finance function

Responsibilities:

  • Drive for results inside the division to achieve the financial targets and other KPIs
  • Support the division in front of customers and be an integral part of the risk review process
  • Manage and support the risk review process for new deals in the division
  • Own the budget & forecasting process and delivery for the division
  • Manage working capital levels and drive efficient order to cash process and efficient inventory levels
  • Monitor and drive performance from key customer contracts, such as those governed by percentage of completion accounting
  • Work closely with other controllers to investigate and correct operational/financial issues.
  • Manage the internal reporting package including operating metrics, financial controls and performance indicators that will help in improving business performance.
  • Implement and maintain cost controlling, profitability analysis and variance analysis
  • Ensure solid internal control systems are in place following corporate guidance and take corrective action when required
  • Identify and push for continuous improvements, cost reductions and optimize net working capital and cash flow
  • Support large projects negotiations for financial aspects and complex public tender’s acquisition
  • Represent the finance function in the Ports and Maritime Divisions management team.
