WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a motivated Business controller who is eager to take on a role with responsibility for driving and ensuring profitable growth. As a publicly listed company on Nasdaq since 2021, we operate in a highly dynamic environment that requires adherence to formal regulations but also offers significant opportunities for learning and growth.
You will be based at our headquarters in Sundbyberg, Stockholm, with a flexible work arrangement, reporting directly to the CFO. You will collaborate closely with the Group Accounting Manager, Group Financial controller, and Finance BP & IR to support our financial strategy and performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A professional who thrives in a high-performing and ambitious culture.
• A strong desire to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field with some experience or a strong interest in finance.
• A passion for using, developing, and maintaining business intelligence tools (experience with “Insikt” is a plus).
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Manage ongoing financial processes, including forecasting, reporting, and setting financial targets together with the CFO.
• Lead efforts to analyze, evaluate, and enhance Profoto’s performance, identifying key areas for improvement.
• Responsible for preparing material for Management review and Board of directors reporting and assisting in the preparation of consolidated reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of quarterly reports to provide actionable insights.
• Lead the financial control process, ensuring compliance with the established framework, including cost control.
• Serve as the owner of the BI system “Insikt”, ensuring data quality and driving development and maintenance projects.
• Assist various departments in sales and cost follow-up and planning to ensure profitability.
• Lead the annual report process, acting as project manager from start to finish.
• Provide administrative support for IR activities, such as maintaining logbooks and preparing press releases.
