Description:
We are looking for Business Controller to our GF Piping Systems (former Uponor Infra Oy). GF Piping Systems is a market leader in Finland and the Finnish business represents an important part of the whole GF business.
What will you be doing?
As a Business Controller you will bring your financial competence to the management team and work as the go-to business partner for the sales organization in all things related to finance and profitability management. The keys to success are a forward-looking, business-oriented and hands-on attitude with a genuine interest in working closely with the operations.
Business Controller reports to Business Controller, Nordics, and has a matrix line to Director, Sales and Marketing Finland.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Price management and steering together with sales leaders
- Operative reporting and profitability analysis
- Initiation and implementation of improvement actions across the unit
- Continuous development of business-related internal and external reporting, KPIs and tools
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Monthly internal reporting
What will you need?
You have a Degree in Economics / Business Administration or equivalent and experience in a similar role. Strong Excel skills are required.
You are self-driven, proactive and have good communication skills. Due to being part of an international business unit, fluent English skills are essential in addition to Finnish language skills.
