Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, the Business Coordinator is responsible for supporting day to day operations of the Business Improvement team and the wider Business Development and Customer Relations department. Working closely with the Business Analysts to ensure projects are managed effectively and deliver the desired business outcomes.

What Does Success Look Like

• Oversee and organize the project review schedule, ensuring timely planning and execution of review sessions.
• Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback using diverse feedback tools.
• Compile and distribute communications related to project updates and upcoming deployments to stakeholders.
• Management of intranet project pages.
• Assisting with user training including, management of resource catalogues and planning group training sessions.
• Provide Salesforce support in the capacity of a Salesforce Superuser.
