  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in business administration, project management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Company.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Support the Company in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information promptly.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows.
  • Support the Managing Director in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
  • Facilitate effective inter-company communication.
  • Ensure follow-up on action items and maintain momentum on key initiatives.
  • Keep the wider team updated on business calendar events, activities and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update company records and databases.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to business operations and client interactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic reports and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Support financial reporting and analysis tasks.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for timely processing of invoices and payments.
