QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in business administration, project management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Company.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Managing Director.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support the Company in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information promptly.
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows.
- Support the Managing Director in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
- Facilitate effective inter-company communication.
- Ensure follow-up on action items and maintain momentum on key initiatives.
- Keep the wider team updated on business calendar events, activities and initiatives.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to business operations and client interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of strategic reports and presentations for executive meetings.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Support financial reporting and analysis tasks.
