Description:

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Diploma/Degree
  • Previous experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative roles is a plus.
  • Knowledge in letter of credit is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge in letter of credit is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining important documents.
  • Monitor and maintain sales-related equipment and materials.
  • Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Process orders accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate unforeseen delays or issues to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ad-Hoc support when necessary
