We are currently accepting applications for a: Business & Data Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Business & Data Analyst to join our data analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering reporting and insights that drive strategic decision-making across the bank and track results against goals and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms, with hands-on experience using Tableau, Snowflake, and IBM Cognos. They should also have the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Familiarity with other BI tools and programing languages (e.g. Python, R) is a plus.

The qualified candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations in the banking sector
