DESCRIPTION

The Patient Experience Data Analyst’s role is responsible for acquiring, analyzing and reporting information specific to the patient and visitor experience through various feedback channels with the goal of better understanding and improving the organization’s customer experience performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Computer, statistics, health and social field, or customer service or equivalent work related experience may be substituted for college degree.
  • 3 years - Work experience in data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with basic statistical techniques: profiling, correlation analysis, trend analysis, sizing/estimation, and basic segmentation.
  • Experience in data extraction through SQL or PL/SQL.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with cloud services and databases.
  • Experience creating customized dashboards and using CRM systems, such as Dynamics, Salesforce.
  • Experience with surveys and survey methodology.
  • Strong data technology and software systems experience.
  • Healthcare experience, or experience working in a complex organizational setting.
