WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making processes.
As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing business data, creating insightful reports, and supporting decision-making processes. You will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to extract, consolidate, and analyze data to deliver valuable insights that drive business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying.
• Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps development.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least a B2 level in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification in data analysis or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis.

• Data Management:
• Extract and consolidate data from various sources.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of data sets.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data processing.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power Apps, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
• Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc data queries and reporting as requested by stakeholders.
• Power Apps Development:
• Develop and maintain Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve data accessibility.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and design user-friendly applications.
• Project Tracking and Management:
• Track and report the progress of data projects using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of data projects.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all project deliverables are met.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Liaise with various departments to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present data findings and recommendations.
• Train and support business users on data tools and best practices.
