This individual will work closely with the Senior Manager of Operations to develop customized reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of key stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Additionally, this team member will collaborate with a team of software engineers to validate, organize, and transform complex datasets into accessible and actionable data visualizations. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion. REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION:

• Collaborate with business users to understand data needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for and align internal data structures and systems with our customized database’s specific needs and requirements.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Qualifications required for your success

• 5+ years of full-time professional experience, preferably with exposure to general accounting practices and IT data solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, validation, or business intelligence roles
• Strong proficiency with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiar with SQL, database management (e.g., SQL server databases), and data visualization tools (PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience validating large datasets from multiple sources, with an understanding of ETL processes and reporting tools like SSRS.
• Knowledgeable of business intelligence practices and data warehouse processes
• Knowledgeable in financial and accounting practices/procedures

Additionally, the role involves transforming complex datasets into customized, comprehensive reports and collaborating closely with software engineers and other internal teams to develop robust and project-specific data solutions.
