Responsibilities:
- Collect feedback and prepare communication plans to share outputs.
- Take ownership of complex calculations through understanding inputs and their relationships to the problem.
- Upload, management and storage of complex data.
- Understand, prepare and analyze ad hoc reports.
- Storage and maintenance of reports.
- Communicate competently with regional hubs.
- Developing new and existing data models that are tailored to create insights about the sales of Amgen’s products.
- Providing support and training on the internal CRM system.
- Providing support on Plan of Action (POA) and SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) processes.
- Using reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau) to develop new and maintain existing reporting dashboards and to deliver insight and drive action for the affiliate teams.
- Support on capacity calculation and territories.
- Field force sizing, targeting and efficacy/effectiveness.
- Supporting wider business units on an ad hoc basis (Finance/FP&A/Business Enablement/Continuous Improvement)
