Responsibilities:

  • Collect feedback and prepare communication plans to share outputs.
  • Take ownership of complex calculations through understanding inputs and their relationships to the problem.
  • Upload, management and storage of complex data.
  • Understand, prepare and analyze ad hoc reports.
  • Storage and maintenance of reports.
  • Communicate competently with regional hubs.
  • Developing new and existing data models that are tailored to create insights about the sales of Amgen’s products.
  • Providing support and training on the internal CRM system.
  • Providing support on Plan of Action (POA) and SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) processes.
  • Using reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau) to develop new and maintain existing reporting dashboards and to deliver insight and drive action for the affiliate teams.
  • Support on capacity calculation and territories.
  • Field force sizing, targeting and efficacy/effectiveness.
  • Supporting wider business units on an ad hoc basis (Finance/FP&A/Business Enablement/Continuous Improvement)
