Description:

The Business Delivery Head, EMEA role is primarily responsible for establishing operational organisational change within the region, enabling and leading restructuring of the central business delivery functions to realise the strategic vision. The role will have overall management responsibility of the EMEA Customer Care and Logistics teams, through line management of country operation and key account managers.
This newly created role will have a critical part to play in championing a global team ethos and organisational culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission across all regions ensuring the highest levels of commerciality, quality and customer satisfaction are delivered at regional level whilst ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality specialist logistics services. The Regional Head of Business Delivery, EMEA will work collaboratively with their areas of responsibility to ensure the delivery of business objectives efficiently, effectively, and collaboratively fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the EMEA business delivery functions to meet both service and financial targets through regional adaptation and implementation of the Target Operating Model.
In collaboration with the Senior Management Team (SMT), the Business Delivery Head, EMEA will be responsible for the implementation of sustainability initiatives within their areas of responsibility to minimize the organisation’s environmental impact, overseeing sustainability reporting and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards, whilst fostering a culture of sustainability and corporate responsibility throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will be an ethical leader with strong strategic thinking skills, the ability to influence and collaborate whilst successfully delivery results during a period of significant organisational change.
