Your Role
This function offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS’ key group programs that aims to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come. Furthermore, it is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to get to know the company from an instrumental position, and leaving their individual mark
- Hold responsibility for multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within a region
- Plan, coordinate and monitor deployment activities, e.g., process design, specification and business testing
- Ensure (business) project deliverables are completed on time, in quality and within budget
- Coordinate the work of the E2E streams and provide guidance where required to drive deployment project forward
- Identify, escalate/mitigate and resolve business-related issues and risks and facilitate decision-making associated with the deployment projects
- Manage communication with project stakeholders on e.g., status, design topics, decision needs, etc.
- Report progress and escalation needs to business hub lead
Your Profile
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as project lead, preferably in SAP deployment projects
- Experience with steering external providers, system integrators or consultancies
- Proven experience and confidence in interacting with (senior) management levels
- Basic understanding of E2E business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash)
- Basic know-how of SAP S/4HANA
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
