Description:
Bureau Veritas is looking for a Business Developer and Sales Coordinator for Switzerland Area located in Zurich area.
The profile, working with the Business Unit Manager, will be in charge of personal target of sales in mass market/middle market and providing administrative and operational support to acting as a liaison between the sales department and other internal teams to ensure efficient and effective sales analysis and processes.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
- Understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices;
- Familiarity with the certification industry will be strongly preferred;
- You have the desire to actively participate in the development of Bureau Veritas Switzerland AG
You communicate confidently in German and English (French is nice to have).
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new clients within our target segments, esp. Certification Solutions Mass/Middle Market promoting the entire package of services achieving the set sales targets, through optimal management of the territory, directly caring for the relationship with companies and/or Consultants.
- Coordinate and schedule sales-related meetings, appointments, and events;
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials;
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed;
- Gather and analyze sales data to provide reports and insights to the Business Unit Manager;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes.
