BUSINESS DEVELOPER – CHRLY
Location: Diegem, Brussels . You’ll spend two days a week at the office, with the flexibility to work remotely or attend client meetings (preferably) on the other days.

We are looking for a Business Developer who thrives on identifying and qualifying potential clients, with a specific focus on T&M consultancy sales. With your network and hunter mentality, you’ll spot new opportunities and turn prospects into satisfied clients. This role is ideal for someone who works independently, enjoys building relationships, and is ready to drive business growth within our market segment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use your network and market research to identify companies that could benefit from CHRLY’s T&M consultancy services. Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Client Engagement & Qualification: Reach out to potential clients to understand their needs, qualify leads, and match them with CHRLY’s consultancy services.
- Building a Sales Pipeline: Ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities through outreach and strategic networking.
- Client Meetings: Conduct discovery meetings and presentations to understand prospects’ business challenges and how our T&M services can support them.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals that are beneficial to both the client and CHRLY.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at target companies, focusing on trust and credibility.
