Description:

The Business developer Retail Operations will be at the ground level of building and developing Ria Money Transfer Retail division. This role will report to the Country Manager.

  • Responsible for overall labor model resourcing plan for current stores and new store openings
  • Responsible for monthly retail reporting (sales v plan, ops metrics, and forecasts) and provide strategic analysis/action plans to achieve goals and objectives
  • Manage and develop the Retail processes, reporting on quarterly progress
  • Responsible for retail calendar for new store opening and closures/moves and upgrades
  • Responsible for retail communications such as in store posters (to include marketing, compliance, HR information)
  • Work with Country to review P&L, analysis of results and findings
  • 5-10 years experience in a Retail Leadership role such as Division Manager, District Manager or Director.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint specific) required
  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred, not required
