Are you ready to take responsibility for guiding and coaching our clients in The United States to HyCare? As a Business Developer Swine Division, your role is to sell our HyCare concept across the USA. You will lead key customers and dealers into the ‘fascinating world of hygiene management’ as a true HyCare Ambassador.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and dealers in the pig industry.
- Organising field trials and demonstrations in the barn that leads to new customers.
- Assist in the transition from product sales to solution-based programs (HyCare) and help understand the value (ROI) of this approach.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the pig sector.
- Gather feedback from dealers, farmers, and end customers on product performance to provide insights for future product development.
- Carry out field trials to evaluate the effectiveness of Schippers’ hygiene products
- Taking an active role in industry events to grow the brand awareness.
- Expand network by doing presentations about the effect of HyCare (Schippers USA
