We are currently looking for a Business Developer (VIE contract) to support the sales team in executing effective sales strategies across the UK. This role involves driving B2B sales growth by managing the full sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and effectively developing and executing sales strategies to ensure the successful expansion of our services across the UK market.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:

  • Sell and advise on our innovative services to IT companies, recruitment agencies, etc.
  • Support the development of sales strategies by conducting research and gathering insights to help drive new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospects through various sources and follow up with potential clients.
  • Analyse and understand client needs by engaging in client meetings and discussions to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Contract negotiations by preparing documentation and gathering necessary information.
  • Build and manage client portfolios across designated regions, ensuring accurate records and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service alignment, gaining experience in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Participate in online and offline events to gain exposure to industry practices and network with potential clients.
  • Ensure the quality of clients’ and consultants’ experiences by assisting in client communication and feedback collection, contributing to the outreach efforts in the B2B market.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

Required:

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English and French.
  • Previous experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Effective communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong can-do attitude and a sales-driven approach with good time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.

Valuable:

  • Fluency in another European language, mainly Spanish.
  • Experience in a related industry (umbrella, EOR, or recruitment agency).
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
