Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic BD / Account Manager to provide exceptional sales and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries, liaising between customers and the operations team, and actively contributing to business growth by acquiring new clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential clients
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations, showcasing the value of our products/services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Forecast and track sales metrics, providing regular reports to management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors
  • Track client base growth and report to management
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM software
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Support the team by undertaking additional duties as needed to meet business requirements.
