As a key member, you will play a vital role in developing and executing business strategies, overseeing sales progress, and fostering professional relationships with clients. You will also be in charge of a number of administrative duties by working closely with the President & corporate team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Promote company products/services to prospective clients
- Participate in collaborative business meetings
- Provide constructive feedback to corporate team
- Review sales contracts for compliance
- Interact with clients and address inquiries
- Drafts reports and correspondence.
- Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts.
- Attends meetings and takes meeting notes.
- Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks.
- Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures.
- Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements.
- Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors.
- Receives and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures prompt payment of departmental bills.
- Handles administrative tasks
- Oversees hiring procedures.
- Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives.
- Coordinate submittals with City/County for plan reviews, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
