Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
Due to a period of growth Re-Gen Waste are currently recruiting for the role of Business Development Administrator within our Business Development team. The Business Development Administrator supports the business development team by managing administrative tasks, collating and updating sales and production data and reporting tasks across customer portfolios and multiple sites. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of business development activities and contributes to the overall growth of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Create schedules on a weekly basis in conjunction with production plans.
- Liaise with customers, key internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
- Liaise with customers providing collection schedules and paperwork to ensure the efficient and successful execution of collections and loadings.
- Organise all paperwork required in an efficient and timely manner and circulate to relevant teams.
- Liaise with and submit relevant paperwork to external bodies as and when required.
- Provide administrative support to the weighbridge and transport teams as required including booking and tracking shipments.
- Sourcing cost effective and time efficient transport solutions.
- Update weekly and monthly sales pricing and production reports.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting tasks across customer portfolios and multiple sites.
- Undertake market research and qualification of new markets/customers.
- Update presentations, product specifications and other marketing materials.
- Meeting and greeting visitors, minute-taking and assisting with the preparation of company events, exhibitions and conferences as required.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation; car hire bookings for company.
- PA support to Commercial Director and ad-hoc Reception duties.
