1. Successful track record of working in a sales team and an ability to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop.
2. Proven experience in a sales role in a B2B sales capacity.
3. Relatable and positive experience of working in a fast-paced transforming organisation, where everything isn’t perfect, but we’re working hard to get there.
Responsibilities:
ROLE PROFILE (THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE)
CreatePay are a leading provider of payment solutions products, dedicated to helping small to medium sized UK businesses streamline their payment processes. We are currently looking for dynamic and results-driven Lead Creator to join our team. As a Lead Creator, you will be responsible for generating appointments via contacting SME businesses in the UK to drive the adoption of our payment solutions products.
· Excellent Basic Salary with uncapped commission (OTE £45,000)

SCOPE OF ROLE (THE FUNCTIONS, PEOPLE AND REVENUE RESPONSIBILITY)

Reports to: Call Centre Team Leader
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE (WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO)
- Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business
- Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business
- Meet and exceed sales target
- Identify and target businesses within the CreatePay ideal customer profile through cold calling.
- Create appointments for out Area Sales Managers to conduct in-person visits to present our payment solutions products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand the pain points of each prospect
- Communicate the benefits and features of our payment solutions
Stay updated on payment trends, competitor offerings, and our product portfolio to provide informed guidance to clients.

- Achieve all sales targets in a consistent manner (month by month)
- Maintain high levels of sales volume
- Achieve all agreed objectives with positively trending relative key performance indicators
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS (THE PERSONAL CAPABILITIES NEEDED TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus.
- An ability to strike accord with prospects over the phone.
