In your role as Business Development Analyst, you will leverage your strong analytical and collaboration skills to identify inefficiencies, propose automation solutions, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements to ensure alignment with key initiatives.
Job Description
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for automation;
- Analyzing and mapping current processes to identify inefficiencies, and proposing improvements through both automation and processual changes to enhance overall performance;
- Defining technical requirements for the Automation Team and ensuring clear communication;
- Maintaining and optimizing tracking systems (e.g., Google Sheets, Jira) to monitor team progress and results;
- Collaborate cross functionally to unblock, unlock and drive change, push forward strategic projects and ensure the teams are meeting the targets and are on track for key initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have > 2 years of experience in management consulting;
- Strong analytical skills (SQL is a must) with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose both processual and automation-based solutions;
- Excellent at translating business needs into technical requirements, with strong communication, reliability, and team spirit;Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
