As we expand, we are looking for a Business Development Analyst to drive growth through strategic data analysis, content creation, and collaborative initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong content writing skills for business communication and presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex data analysis and modeling capabilities.
  • Expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate data and insights effectively.
  • A solid financial background with experience in analysis, modeling, or related roles.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in business development, financial services, or a similar field is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Development:

  • Contribute to the design, development, and rollout of new financial products that align with business objectives and market needs.

  • Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and streamline operational processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and product improvement.
  • Customer Experience Initiatives:
  • Support the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and driving product adoption.
  • Business Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on business activities, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Compliance and Operational Excellence:
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategies across the organization.
