POSITION SUMMARY:
Equal Edge seeks an experienced and dynamic International Business Development and Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment of support workers with expertise in both administrative and personal care services from international markets. Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement an international recruitment strategy to attract skilled support workers with combined administrative and personal care experience.
- Identify and establish partnerships with international recruitment agencies, universities, vocational schools, and other talent sources.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding international hires.
