We have fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Associate to join or tenacious and dynamic team! We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience in the retail advised platform market and are QCF Level 4 qualified (or working towards it).
This is a great job for someone who is proactive with a performance driven mindset and loves building relationships with external customers!
A bit about the job:
The Business Development Team (BDMT) is the “voice of Aviva” for Advised Platform Sales operating on a predominately Telephone/Teams based capacity, but we do encourage face to face visits where beneficial to do so. You will focus on all Advisers within your panel of advisory firms and through working closely with an aligned team of Platform Adoption Consultants, Distribution Support team and Investment Specialists, you will maximize new business opportunities and retain platform assets from Financial Advisers.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong communication skills – particularly verbal with developed presentation skills
• Strong relationship and Business Development skills including Consultative Selling
• Strong planning & organisational abilities
• Analytical skills – ability to bring judgment to facts and figures
• Commercial Acumen/Financial Literacy
