Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Health and Benefits team in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the Nigerian market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 - 7 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian health insurance and employee benefits landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus

  • Identify and prospect potential client through research, networking and targeted outreach to drive business development and meet sales target
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the company’s CRM system
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated on WTW’s products, services, and industry developments
