Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving and out-of-the-box mindset.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to actively listen and ask the right questions.
- Capable of handling pressure and formulating plans under emergency circumstances.
- Curiosity to resolve complex issues efficiently and creatively.
- Experience using Microsoft and Google Suite in a professional setting. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English. Excellent copywriting and research skills are preferred.
