This role is a hands-on opportunity to be a lead in building XY Sense’s EMEA business from London. Covering sales, account management, business operations and customer support you will have a high impact and gain extensive insight across all elements within the XY Sense business and our customers workplace strategies.

You’ll gain extensive experience in global sales, customer success, technical operations, and strategic business functions, providing you with a highly valuable skill set for a technology career.
In this role, you will address diverse business and customer needs, benefiting from direct coaching and leadership from a senior business executive. You will receive hands-on training in Sales, Customer Success, Installation, and Business Operations. Although your primary focus will be on the UK and EU markets, you will collaborate with a global team based in Australia, the US, and India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying customer prospects and strategic partners to support pipeline development and discovery of customer needs.
  • Supporting the delivery of the EMEA marketing plan covering events, conferences, digital campaigns, and thought leadership.
  • Developing proposals and presentations for customers and partners across the entire sales and customer life-cycle.
  • Using XY Sense’s proprietary cloud platform to create and refine sensor layout plans, installation specs, configurations for customers application instances, and analysis of customer’s workplace data.
  • Learn to effectively pitch XY Sense through live demos, presentations, RFP responses with a strong handle on the product’s technical capabilities and value proposition.
  • Support with UK and European account & relationship management throughout the customer lifecycle covering support, product feedback, new feature deployment and quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage renewal proposals and processes with active customers, and support in identifying and scoping expansion/upsell opportunities globally.
  • Project management of installation and customer onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for customers and streamlined internal operations across our globally dispersed team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and project records in Salesforce, project management tools, and accounts records to support business operating systems and compliance.
  • Internal reporting on the EMEA territory strategy and operating plans, and assist in the development of strong operating foundations to meet business scale objectives.

Role location
This role will be based in London where we have a space within a WeWork near Moorgate. We wish to build a hub and close team connection to support regional growth so in-person time is highly valued so you should expect to spend at least 3 days per week in the office.
Travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe will be required from time to time, and an annual trip to Australia or the US for company strategy weeks will be provided.
