Description:
- Coordinate closely with operation team such as Legal, Customer Service, CVM, Claim, Actuary, Marcom, and all other relevant stakeholders in order to launch new partnerships
- Provide reports for external and internal parties ( production, status, invoicing, etc
- Create SOP concept on business process
- Respond to business partner inquiries regarding customer complain and claims
- Monitor result of UAT and sales production
- Filing of business documentation such as copy of agreement, SOP, product specifications, etc to make sure all partnerships are well managed
- Prepare required documentation and properties for Business Presentation
- Compile meeting summary as basis to set next actions
- Develop new business sources to be recommended to the superior
- Escalate updates and issues to superior to anticipate and resolve barriers in new partners launch process
