YOUR ROLE:

In this role you will act as a Brand Ambassador and Introducer Representative within the Medical marketplace. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders within the Medical marketplace in order to gain access for Wesleyan to deliver financial education training to potential new customers.
This is a territory based role with requirement travel within territory (Manchester and the North West) and occasionally nationally for events, 121s, team meetings and to Head Office in Birmingham.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Deliver the agreed customer data, booked appointment and income targets for your profession and territory
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders/partners within the Medical marketplace in order to gain access to new customers for Wesleyan through delivery of financial education and events
  • Organising, managing and delivering financial educations programmes (webinars and face to face) and events, working closely with Area Managers and Financial Consultants
  • Gathering client and prospect data, ensuring all relevant data is accurately captured and maintained, in accordance with Data Protection Policy and internal procedures
  • Acting as an ambassador for the Wesleyan brand
  • Track opportunities through to conversion and report performance to demonstrate return on investment
  • Work alongside line manager to develop the annual plan for territory and review on a regular basis to ensure it continues to support delivery against targets and fits with the overall business development strategy and plan
  • Regular forecasting on performance
  • Management of existing relationships including partnerships, third-party companies and networks
  • Identify new opportunities to gain access to new Medical customers via third party relationships to support business growth
  • Develop strong and effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders including Specialist Financial Advisers, Regional Managers and SRC
  • Act as initial point of contact for new clients and resolve issues when they arise
  • Input into the development and implementation of marketing plans relating to lead generation activity and sales support material
  • Delivery of presentations for events and seminars
  • Deputise in the absence of line manager and act as point of contact internally and externally
  • Act as brand guardian to ensure consistent application of the Wesleyan brand at all times.
  • Responsible for the management of own risk including the implementation of appropriate controls to ensure strong risk and governance in line with the wider Group’s Risk Management and Compliance policies and procedures.
