Description:

Overview: The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of EmergyCares services through strategic marketing initiatives and business development activities. This role involves market research, strategic planning, relationship building, and the implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position may require occasional travel to attend events, meet with clients, and visit healthcare facilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support business development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify and coordinate with Senior Management on new business opportunities.
  • To ensure satisfaction and retention, Build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and government.
  • Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand image and reputation in the healthcare market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and recognition.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and gather feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Represent the organization at outreach events, networking with potential clients and partners.
  • Work closely with other departments, including clinical, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive marketing and business development efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing and business development activities, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Associates Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
