As part of our Business Development team, the Proposal Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, timely proposals that support client engagement and business growth.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development and Sales teams in driving growth initiatives. This role will serve as a bridge between business development, sales, and marketing, ensuring seamless coordination and the delivery of impactful materials to support the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate excels in collaboration, organization, and communication, with a focus on aligning internal resources to fuel growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in a business development, sales coordination, or similar role.
· Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
· Collaborative and proactive mindset with a focus on team success.
