Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, strategize, and execute to Ensure budget achievement, revenue growth, channel growth, increase in geographical reach for the product(s) assigned.
  • Research and study of Ingram’s position/market share per region/channel segment.
  • Develop Marketing Plan annually and quarterly, working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate and ROI.
  • Design Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments
  • Manage maximizing the use of Vendor Marketing Funds (according to Vendor contract and system).
  • Plan, Attend, Deliver resellers Training, enablement.
  • Maintain healthy topline (Revenue) and bottom line (GP) for the products / regions assigned.
  • Maintain healthy vendor relations to garner maximum support for business aspects (through visits locally & abroad travel).
  • Maintain healthy partners / resellers relations to garner maximum support for business aspects through visits locally & abroad travel.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Seasoned professional individual contributor. Works independently with limited supervision. May manager projects/processes.
  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex business matters. Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
  • May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • You will be monitoring sales pipeline and ensuring closures.
  • Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization. Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.
  • Specialist in technical or business skills. Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
  • Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience.
  • Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
