REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of success in new business development, ideally within the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
• Highly motivated, resilient and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ability to speak and write fluent mandarin to be able to deal with Greater China clients as it is a staple of the business in our growth
• Have a strong connection of business network not limited to the Greater China and North Asia community but also the business network preferbably in the FSI sector

• Prospecting and generating new business leads within the healthcare sector
• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to convert leads into new clients
• Negotiating and closing complex sales deals with healthcare providers and organisations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service
• Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets and revenue goals
