Responsibilities:

You’ll join at a great time, just as Glide is developing its reputation in the B2B market. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, it is a great chance to make your impact on the market and our business by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy. You’ll have a close working relationship with our Pre-sales, Product and Marketing teams to help you to do this. You’ll also be part of a passionate and driven sales team focused on developing the B2B market.
We have a number of established customers in the sector, so you can benefit from the expertise we have developed, whilst also being confident there is an untapped market waiting to hear from you. As such, you’ll need really strong solution sales skills with vast experience in Public and Private sectors. This role is all about driving revenue growth and market share and you’ll have an uncapped commission opportunity.
At Glide we install, maintain, and manage our own network with a strong focus in hard-to-reach areas. We’re one of a few suppliers who offer bespoke services. As this is our network and we are not just resellers, it gives you the freedom to create customer pricing and services, making your offer one that will stand out from the rest of the market.
You’ll get great exposure across the business, regularly interacting with senior management in and out of sales. We will help you develop your knowledge and career further, either inside or outside of the Glide family.
