Description:
INTRODUCTION
Our client is looking for a Key Account/Client Director to work on their core Defence Account, implementing the strategy and growing the account, as well as acting as managing the key relationship with their clients.
You will require excellent relationships within the MOD, as well as a proven track record winning and delivering work and delivering strategic growth within that environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent relationships within Defence, ideally within Stratcom.
- Experience working in a Service/Solutions based Consultancy company is desired.
- Demonstrable experience leading and winning work and developing existing and new relationships and opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the market, competitors and what the client needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A track record with building strong and effective relationships with stakeholders and the supply chain.
- Strong commercial, financial and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering the market strategy within one of their Defence accounts.
- Ensure the success of the existing pipeline, as well as developing new areas and opportunities for growth.
- Build excellent relationships with the client to understand their strategy and opportunities.
- Develop relationships with existing and strategic partners and suppliers for development.
- Work with wider Defence teams to understand the broader opportunities available.
- Own the ‘Account’ and ensure it is a high performing account, delivering and winning work.
