JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a visionary Business Development Director with a strong focus on investment attraction. This senior role will involve spearheading initiatives to attract external investors, expand our funding base, and secure capital for large-scale
property development projects. The successful candidate will be the driving force behind enhancing our investment profile and establishing Dreamhome as the premier destination for real estate investments in New Zealand.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, business development, or investment attraction, prefer with a background in real estate or property development.
• Proven success in raising capital from external investors and managing relationships with a diverse range of investment partners.
• Excellent communication and networking skills to engage effectively with investors and present Dreamhome as a top-tier investment opportunity.
