Responsibilities:
- In this role you will lead the of Business Development and Pre-Sales, Commercial Excellence and Customer Service globally
- You are responsible for the sustainable strengthening of the global sales strategy according to the potential driven market approach with focus on Building Envelope Approach
- A close cooperation with the regional management and the Customer Service to manage key customers and to sustainably increase turnover and profitability is part of your job
- You will cooperate with the Application Technology and manufacturing divisions and the relevant group companies to ensure that customer requirements are met and fully communicated throughout the company
- As Business Development Director (m/f/d) you contribute as a key leader to overall strategy, organizational growth and decision-making with a focus on driving the company’s sales efforts and collaboration with respected partners
