Reporting to the UK&I Sales Director your primary responsibility will be representing Reapit (and the PayProp brand) at property and technology conferences, trade shows, and networking events. You’ll need to generate high-quality leads and pass them on to our Sales teams for further engagement. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, socially confident person with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships.

  • Event Attendance & Representation:
  • Attend industry-specific conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Reapit.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our products and services.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients and partners at events.
  • Collect and manage contact information for leads, ensuring accurate and complete data entry into the CRM system.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts, including industry bodies, potential clients, partners, and influencers.
  • Follow up with leads post-event to nurture relationships and continually qualify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for maximizing lead generation at events.
  • Plan, coordinate and run webinars with internal stakeholders for prospects and clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with industry bodies.
  • Provide feedback and insights from events to improve future lead generation efforts.

  • Ensure effective post sales follow up by reporting on lead generation activities and outcomes, including the number of leads generated, follow-up activities, and conversion rates
