Purpose
The Director of Business Development will lead the Business Development strategy which includes Public Sector tendering and Business-to-Business (B2B) sales growth.

YOU WILL HAVE:

Education to degree level and/or significant experience within a relevant field
Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development
Extensive director level management experience in a large third sector or commercial operating environment with P&L and business budgeting responsibilities
Significant experience of commercial sales in one or more of Shaw Trusts service delivery fields
Demonstrable organisational design and development experience and experience of driving continuous improvement through a business or business unit
