Business Development Director - Workday Practice
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to join our Workday Practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience within the ERP/Workday product domain, particularly catering to healthcare trusts or local authorities. Candidates with experience in Oracle, SAP, or other ERP product sales will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Workday practice.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare trust and local authority sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10/12 years of sales experience in ERP/Workday product sales, specifically catering to healthcare trusts or local authorities.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development within the ERP domain.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP product sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market, with a focus on the North West and London regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
