JOB DESCRIPTION
- Industry/ Organization Type: Security Guard Agency
- Position Title: Business Development Executive
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Transport Allowance + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out potential clients and projects that align with the agency’s services.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new areas for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Work closely with operations and management teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Travel to customer sites to build relationships, understand their security needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client interactions, and project statuses.
