To support the growth in our Charter team, we are looking for individuals with some sales experience in a commercial environment who would love to start a career in aviation. The role is based in our Business Development team in Reigate and your primary focus would be to secure new customers from identified market segments. To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable and confident reaching out to potential customers, particularly on the phone and enjoy a fast paced environment. Additional languages are a must (ideally either French, German or Spanish).

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The primary responsibility of this role is to actively secure customers from the industry sectors identified in the ACC Charter division strategy. Your daily activities will include researching potential markets and identify leads converting them into prospective clients to monitoring enquiry levels from existing customers and new prospects. In addition, you provide continuous contact and expand relationships with prospects to grow accounts and ensure customer retention levels are maintained and exceeded including post flight feedback.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and approach potential charter customers via telephone and electronic marketing in line with the Charter Division’s growth plans and strategies.
  • Qualify and follow up on Leads using the company standard processes to ensure accurate information and high levels of customer service
  • Responsible for business development activities to grow charter clients both domestically and internationally.
  • Work alongside Charter brokers to collectively build customer relationships, generate enquiries and close business.
  • Maintain customer service processes to ensure that all flights meet the client’s expectation.
  • Ensure that all activity and information updates are captured in Sugar in line with company procedures and quality standards
  • Update records in Sugar by contacting companies and updating contacts and accounts in the system to ensure accurate, complete and up to date information
