Description:
THE VACANCY
The Business Development Executive and Researcher will support the Senior Business Development Executive to deliver the client management programme; enhance client relationships and focus on client engagement strategy.
This role is a maternity cover (12 months FTC) but there is possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Previous experience, ideally working in the property sector.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Knowledge of Hollis, our clients and systems.
- Should have excellent attention to detail and organisational ability and be able to prioritise multiple demands effectively to tight deadlines.
- An interest in the property market.
- IT literate - must be able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PP) and ideally D365 to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team with the implementation of the client engagement/business development plan.
- Aiding the Senior Business Development Executive to deliver the Client Management Programme - run meetings for a number of Valued £250k+ and Valued clients.
- Producing Client snapshots and implementing the BD Activity process.
- Arranging meetings, taking minutes and undertaking research and other actions depending on the outcome of the meetings.
- Management of the Sector Meeting Programme, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, preparation of slide packs with Sector leads and issuing of notes.
- Assisting the Senior Business Development Executive with the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Billing Reports for Analysis working with the Design and Comms team to issue to the wider business.
- Management of the Leavers Process, working alongside Line Managers, Revenue Control and Client Onboarding to ensure Accounts, Project and BD activities are reviewed and updated where required.
- Efficiently managing requests sent via Marketing & Business Development email groups with the Senior Business Development Executive, by replying to requests or passing on requests to the relevant teams promptly e.g. use of HollisFlow.
- Be responsible for charity donations for client and internal events.
- Produce & issue monthly reports for the Commercial Developers Bulletin for each region.
- Management of subscribers to Green Street News (formerly React) on a monthly and adhoc basis.
- Keep up to date with property news and send out relevant information on clients and opportunities.
- Assist with driving BD Activities across the business.
- Assist with maintaining and developing the client engagement pages on Hollisphere – the Hollis intranet.
- Assist with regional meetings by producing relevant data (billing/project/client analysis etc.).
- Efficiently managing the Hollis enquiries inbox, replying to requests - for example sending insurance documents when required and / or disseminating information to colleagues promptly.
- Assist with research using the relevant portals and data available. This could include ad hoc research requests, client specific analysis, data for bid submissions, events and marketing lists etc.
- Assist with the creation of internal comms to promote best practice on client engagement and internal processes.
- Assist the Bid Team with producing answers for pre-qualification and other documents.
- Influencing colleagues to undertake good marketing and client engagement practice.
- Undertaking other ad-hoc responsibilities that may arise in order to achieve the delivery of the client engagement plan
- Admin support for the client engagement team.
