We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at our prestigious 4-star hotel in Dublin West. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the hotel’s growth by driving new business and fostering relationships with key partners.
While a sales background is a bonus, it is not essential. We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and business development.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role is an advantage, but not essential.
  • A passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to your own transport (essential).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the hotel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Collaborate with the hotel’s sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to raise the hotel’s profile within the local community.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.
