We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at our prestigious 4-star hotel in Dublin West. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the hotel’s growth by driving new business and fostering relationships with key partners.
While a sales background is a bonus, it is not essential. We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and business development.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role is an advantage, but not essential.
- A passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to your own transport (essential).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the hotel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to raise the hotel’s profile within the local community.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.
