Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid, office-based role that will be directly engaging with potential clients. Your main responsibility will be to establish rapport, understand prospective clients’ needs and book meetings with key stakeholders to take the relationships forward.
Your specific duties will include:
- Managing all incoming leads via phone and email
- Following up on marketing campaigns and social media projects
- Gaining an understanding of potential clients’ needs and clearly communicating how as a business we can support them
- Working with all the Business Units across the company to understand their requirements and support with new business
- Contributing towards researching new prospects and building target lists
- Monitoring and searching for prospective new business leads
