JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to be part of a growing company and make a significant impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the cleaning or hygiene industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid UAE driving license
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors’ strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team
